Trip to IMU

Bryan, Hui Mien and I went to visit IMU yesterday. We were told that we are leaving about 1pm. We end up leaving 1 hour later. Thanks to the lecturer who was bringing us. Should have stay for ESL. Oh well, it was enjoyable trip. Hui Mien couldn't kept her hand off the 'punching bag' in the dancing room and other dental equipments..Too bad we couldn't stay long enough cuz they only show mostly about dentistry during the campus tour.

June & July are definitely not honeymoon months!!Piles of work and tests are coming along...Andrea, Joanna and Hui Leng, be grateful that you girls have left. Mr Yap just told us last minute that we're having a physics test tomorrow, covering 3 chapters. And we still have maths (exercises, past years,DI, class test), physics (assignment & lab design), bio (class test & lab design), ESL (text production, practice essays), Chemistry (practical test, class test)......

The Flying Umbrella(26 June 2009)

It started out as a very ordinary day. Everything started after lunch.. We went to Take A Break which is a bit further from campus. Little did we know that a hurricane would occur. Okay, i'm exaggerating.. Anyway, there was a heavy downpour after we finished lunch. Well as usual, i forgotten my umbrella so i shared with joanna. Barney shared an umbrella with Hui Mien, the terrorist. That wasnt a very good idea..i'll explain that later..lay tin shared with carmen.. Anyway, during our fight for life in the heavy downpour, good old barney who simply refused to take out his umbrella decided to steal the terrorist umbrella and of course we can all guess what happen.. A fight for the famous umbrella began.. But in this case there was no winner. They were drenched from head to toe. Though i think hui mein suffered the worst water damage..In my case, joanna's umbrella decided to turmn upside down. i almost thought we were going to fly. Not exactly a bad thing though..hehe..it might be quite fun. Basically, that was the end of our tale for that day. Pls pardon me if i hurt any feelings in the narration of this tale.

'It's a happy day,'commented Leng Leng, one dear friend who is leaving us today. She's the 3rd to leave us in our barneyNpals gang. However, feeling sad is unavoidable among the rest of us, considering how our friendship has grown for the past 6 months, especially when the song "You're Not Alone" is recalled. Well, another way to see this is that Leng Leng gets to pursue her dreams to study English Literature.

Movies at Sunway Pyramid(28 May 2009)

Hehe. Went movies today with Carmen and Barney. A certain hamster was broke and the others could not make it, unfortunately..Before movie started, we went and kill some time at the arcade nearby 1st..We played a shooting game but i and carmen reached the status of game over pretty fast..Guess we were not meant play this game..hehe..We also played another game but no so sure what it is called. The only the thing i learned from that game is i am very violent..hehe...i have to admit, i'm pretty scary.After that, we went to see the movie as planned. We watched Terminator:Salvation. It was a pretty actioned packed movies and kept me in suspense throughout the whole movie.. It was a great movie but the ending for me was a bit sad considering the someone died in the end. Anywat, we then went and eat lunch at Kim Gary..Didnt fancy the French fried rice there, though... Last but not least, we went Red Box Karaoke. Thanks to Carmen's noble sacrife by joining as a member there, we've got student discount..Yeah!!We even had free drinks.. We sang many songs from group to sole to the extend i lost my voice..hehe. I even sang according to barney and carmen, a sexy song. Maybe i shouldnt have sang that song. It ruined my innocent reputation..hehe. Basically that's our last outing be4 the new semester began..pls pardon any of my grammatical errors.

Holiday trip at sunway pyramid(22nd May 2009)

Yeah, semester break starting 2day..went out with my college buds to Sunway Pyramid.First, we went for ice-skating.It was FUN!!But i have to admit i was extremely scared at first.i didn't want to break any bones, you see.I have a higher risk thanks to my remarkable clumsiness. Anyway, moving on..I and Joanna were beginners there so Carmen and Bryan had to help us..We could barely stand to be honest. But like i said in the beginning,it was fun..at least i and joanna could stamd on ice now. Sort of..hehe. I am still a bit clumsy, though...The tickets were fairly cheap considering its a weekday and since we came around 10am, the rink was actually pretty empty..We had it all to ourselves:) Btw, ticket price is rm 13 per human.We skated about 2 hours then we went to eat lunch. After lunch, we went to Star Archery. By using the student package, we got a pretty resonable price..about rm 9 per person. I, Joanna and Carmen were begineers though so they had thought us 1st be4 we started shooting. As usual, the streak of incredible clumsiness didnt leavw me alone..One of my forst few arrows almost rebounded on bryan a.k.a barney..i thought he was going to get a heart attack..hehe.Soon after that, joanna had to go back cuz she had to take a plane back to Sarawak. Our last stop, i guess was the glow room in the puzzle shop..The glow room were exquisite..it was so beautiful to watch.That basically sums out our day for that day. That was agreat way to start our hols.:)
